SceneManagement does not exist in the namespace 'UnityEngine'
This has been asked several times but nothing works to me. The answers I found on the web were either: - Update to Unity 5.3 (I'm currently 5.3.4f1) - Include the Namespace (using Unity.SceneManagement) - Restart Monodevelop
I still get the error "SceneManagement does not exist in the Namespace"
Anyone experienced this?
I am also getting this. I updated from 5.3.6 to 5.4.1p1 and now it cannot find Scene$$anonymous$$anagement. It is as though it were trying to use a partial UnityEngine.dll reference, or perhaps Scene$$anonymous$$anagement now exists in another assembly?
The type or namespace name
Scene$$anonymous$$anagement' does not exist in the namespace
UnityEngine'. Are you missing an assembly reference?

Try:
using UnityEngine.SceneManagement;
As I said, this didn't fix my error. Edit: Oh, wait. It's UnityEngine, not Unity. Will try it, thanks.

even with UnityEngine i have the same problem -_-
What version of Unity are you using and is it a c# script?
Try this and see it it works:
using UnityEngine;
using System.Collections;
using UnityEngine.Scene$$anonymous$$anagement;
public class SceneLoader : $$anonymous$$onoBehaviour {
// Use this for initialization
void Start ()
{
Scene$$anonymous$$anager.LoadScene (1);
}
}
