no texutre

so i acidently deleted a folder in my assests and all of a sudden everything turned purple. the textures in the material were still there, but as soon as you click on them they turn pruple. and i got this message

'ambient probes' jobs failed with errir cide: 2 ("Failed to bake the ambient probe.')

please help as i cant do anything without this fixed.
