I can't press my buttons please help!

I put music in to my Main Menu and then when i tried to press my button to load up my scene it didn't work but it worked before... if anyone know what is causing this please help me

Are you using UI Buttons? If you are, make sure you have EventSystem on your hierarchy.

I can't press my buttons please help!
