Sinking Ground
Hi, I just started a game project for my hobby. When I play, my character sinks into the ground, and its feet are positioned lower than the plane. I tried to find a solution from the online, and I realized something called rigid-body and mesh collider. I am not sure what to do at this point because I don't know if these two things can help me resolving my issue. Please give me some advice. Thank you.
It's ok that you're new to game design and need some guidance, I would recommend taking a look at this tutorial provided by Unity; it will give you some basic understanding of how all this works.
I don't want to just give you a dictionary definition of these things and it still not make any sense, if you're serious and really want to get started with understanding the fundamentals of game dev, you really need to start with something like those tutorials if you don't have the patience or intuition to learn without assistance.
