Why is my MeshCollider do not fit with my character ?
I tried to put a capsule in place but there capsule is too large and is much too big once resize
make sure the mesh for the character is in center like the collider (IF mesh is in different object like a child). Also if it isn't, you can make collider Y higher. Also one last thing, a capsule collider, or a cube, is way better to use, less laggy and easier on CPu's. YOu can resize colliders

It looks like you have a very small scale on your character model, which you might want to address (what modelling program did you use to create it, and when importing it what scale did you choose - 0.01 or 1.0?).
But the simple solution to make your capsule collider fit more tightly is to adjust the centre, radius, and height values at the bottom right of the inspector pane.
