Can I share my bought assets to teammate?

Hi, I would like to know if it's possible to share the environment assets I bought off the Asset Store to a friend who will be making levels for me?

Is there a method to share it through unity store accounts or can I just send him the package through, say, google drive?

It depends on the licence under which you bought the asset. If you have multiple assets you'd like to share, they may all have different licences and you may need to check them individually. For example, if you purchase an asset under the "Single Entity" licence, whether or not you can share it may depend on whether this friend is considered a contractor or a coworker. In any case, Google Drive is probably not the best option, but once again it does technically depend on how lax the terms are.
