Looking for an AR SDK with 3d marker recognition capability

Hi Up until now I was working with Vuforia, but with the new version (4.0) and the monthly payments that come with it it's just not worth it. What I'm looking for is an SDK with similiar capabilities. It doesn't have to be free, but it does have to offer a reasonable one time payment for a small scale app(no monthly payments), and as I said, I need to be able to recognize 3d markers. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
