Can a window (e.g. Animator) be displayed in game?
I'm an animator using Unity3d as a portfolio tool to showcase animations on characters while in a game play setting (Third-Person Character Controller, Camera, white-box environment)
I'm curious if there is a way to display the Animator window in the "game" while playing, to allow the player to see changes to states, transitions, etc., in real time.

There might be a way - but a simple alternative is to - Just fake it! Set up a fake Animator window. When a button is pressed to make the character jump, trigger the fake state to transition into the jump state. Essentially it is another layer that you can explain you developed in game to show the animation states transitioning.
The interviewer will be impressed!
