GUI Element Sprites Missing Upon Build

I've been trying to build my game and I've noticed that when I build my project all the GUI elements are pink as if the sprites for the, were missing. All the sprites for regular gameobjects were found and loaded properly so I assume this is something that pertains to the GUI system itself. Any idea what settings might be causing this?

I vaguely remember this being a bug in a recent version of Unity... try updating your Unity editor to the latest version and see if it still happens.
