A problem with Camera Motion Blur script

Im making a racing game and I added Camera Motion Blur script from Standart Assets, but it works kinda glitchy... It's like 1 frame - no blur, second frame - blur, and so on. What's the problem? I tried all motion blur modes by the way, same results.
