How do I Mask a selection of 2D Sprites?
I'm working on a game where a tile based map is displayed in a rectangular section of the screen, surrounded by UI elements. However, I need a way to restrain the tiles to that rectangular section. In another situation I would use a mask, a sprite that only lets those pixels that appear beneath it to show through. However, I can't figure out any way to do this in Unity.
Please help! How do I do this?
