Shuriken Particles, which particle is causing collision?
So I'm woking on this dice game and I was messing around with the collision of particles with the floor. I've looked into OnParticleCollision and ParticleCollisionEvent, but I want to know which particle specifically is colliding with an object (in this case, the floor) so I can scale that particle?
That's pretty sad if that is indeed the case, since they already provide you (although you need to jump through some hoops) most of what I'm looking for with ParticleSystems.Particles and the ParticleCollisionEvent. So I could check the ParticleCollisionEvent.intersect and then check all the particles in ParticleSystems.Particles to see who's the closest? That sounds awful, but the size of particles that I've been getting from ParticleSystems.Particles.getParticles is about 65ish. Can you store ParticleSystems.Particles inside of a list?
you can use ParticleSystem.GetParticles to get an array.
