Ethan 3rd person character

Hello everyone!

I have encountered a problem, so I have successfully replaced the unity standard asset "Ethan", the 3rd person character mesh to my own character's mesh rigged using Mixamo. All the animations and blend trees seem to work if I change the rig to "Humanoid" but it won't let me move my character. I tried changing it to other settings but it won't apply the animation but I could move the character but it only has a T POSE.

I looked around what the root of the cause and I noticed these redballs? (shown below) Thank you in advance for the help! http://imgur.com/a/60YFS

Also this is what my character looks like when I move it! I haven't touched the code or anything, I just deleted Ethan's Mesh and replaced it with mine!
