How to make One More Line game?

How to hook the player to the Anchor point and release the ball according to the direction it is rotating?

This question is unclear. Title asks for how to make one more line, but there is no specification of what type of line (line of text? line of code? Line of string? visible line in the scene? line between player and ball?). Please clarify with more details, including what "the player" is, where this "Anchor point".
