How should I move my character?
Until now I have only used the CharacterController for my 3D projects, but Im working on a character that needs to rotate. The problem is that its collider is always aligned to Y axis, so I think I cant use it. Then I tried RigidBody + Collider but I have to make it Kinematic, isnt it? If not, it would be pushed away by anything that collided with it... Another problem, if my character is kinematic, I cant use velocity either addforce. So I would be only able to move it with translate or changing directly its position, but that is something I've always been told to avoid... What should I do??
