Indoor Lighting Scene - Baking? Realtime?
Hello,
I am new to Unity and need some starter tips in Unitys lighting.
I'd like to have an indoor scene with a few lights and realtime shadows. I know that there different types of GI and different baking styles but I don't really know what's best for my case. I would like to turn off lights with a script. If I bake the scene first and turn off the light in realtime, there is still the lightmap on my objects. So baking wouldn't really help me right? Or is there a way to turn lightmaps off? Or better toggle between them?
So the real question is: How do I get the perfect quality with most flexibilty for dynamic lighting (Realtime Shadow, turn Lights off or move them)
Am I going with Precomputed Realtime GI?
Sorry if i mix several Topics but I don't really know much about lighting and need some tips for what's possible. Thank you.
