Unity won't save new scenes

Hello again UnityAnswers,

I've been working on my project for a few days now, and all of the sudden I can't seem to save any new scenes.

SYMPTOMS:

1) File -> Save = Nothing happens.

2) File -> SaveAs = No save prompt appears to name the scene.

3) Exit Unity = Prompt that I will loose changes if i don't save. Click Save. Nothing happens. Unity stays open. Try to exit Unity again, same thing, rinse & repeat.

4) Open previously created scene = Prompt that I will loose changes, click save, untitled scene stays open. Rinse & repeat.

Everything was working fine yesterday morning, and yesterday evening this starts happening. I re-installed Unity (4.3.4f) and having the same issues.

EDIT: I wanted to mention that MonoDeveloper is saving fine, scripts are all intact.
