Google AdMob Banner Ad shows on unity debug editor but does not show on android apk build.

I arranged admob to show testads, I entered the right keys and right configurations and flow of the app is right, when I click a button I see that Dummy Ad is showed.

But when I take a build and play it on my phone I can't see any ads. Any suggestion about the problem?
