Multiple servers with user limit
I am thinking of creating an online mobile game and I have a question which I can not find the answer to it.
Question: Where I should start looking to learn of how to create unlisted multiple servers with the limit for maximum amount of people on each server?
Example: Let's say there is a room (map) but it will be fun to play only if there is a limit of people on it, lets say 20 people per server, but the user does not see these servers and he is allocated to a random server which has a place for a user upon the login. Another issue is that the server (or the room I should say) is generated automatically if for example there are 43 people online, therefore the amount of rooms to host them all have to be 3 (2 with 20 and 3rd with 3 people). Any suggestions?
