Animator and code controlled bone rotations
Hello people
I am having some issues with the animator.
So what am I trying to do? I have like a popup turret that has a popup and retract annimation, that changes some of the rotations of some bones. but in the deploy state I want to manually control these rotations.
However when I do this the animator just snaps back the bones into their position. I tried turning the animator off, moving, then turning it back on, but it snapped back. I tried using a mask (on the layer and on the animations) but if the part is not in the mask it still snaps back. I also tried multiple settings on the state
If I set the positions before starting the scene, then it stays in that position, but this is not really useful as I want it variable.
So I am out of ideas of how to tackle this issue
