Windows phone SDK 8.0 Fatal error during Installation

Hello guys, I'm trying to install windows phone sdk for more than a week now, with no success. I'm now quit desperate, how dificult is to install this...thing.

Any Ideas how to install it? My project has to be publiched in windows phone devices :(
