Buttons touches dont work if touch splash screen

Hi all. There is very strange behaviour with Unity 5.3 and 5.4:

1) I build my game for Android phone (Galaxy Note 3, Android 5.0)

2) I touch the default Unity's splash screen

3) I touch the buttons in the main menu of my game and nothing happens - single touches don't work, only multitouch.

4) If I don't touch the default Unity's splash screen then single touches on buttons work fine.

5) Clicks by stylus work fine in both cases.

Somebody faced this problem? I tried it all on new project with one button too.
