Unity Ads are not playing actual ads?
I have an IOS game already on the AppStore with Unity Ads integrated into it, but no official ads are playing in the app. It plays the unity ads sample video still, even though I linked the app to my Unity Ads account. I built my game with development build checked, I do not know if this is the problem or not but any help is appreciated, thanks.
When you Initialize your ads, one of the parameters is a bool. That tells you if you are currently in test mode or not. You can also check it off in Unity's develop console and I believe that will override your script.
Check out the APIAd Class
Where you use: Advertise.Initialize("AppIdHere", false)
the 2nd parameter should be false. That is your test mode bool. You should definitely learn to understand the API.
If you can read it, you can probably solve a lot of problems on your own.
I would like to say it did but I will not know for sure until I add an update to the appstore. Thanks again!
