Unity Web Player not opening in IE or Firefox

Hello I work in a school system. I have installed Unity and whenever I try to open a website that uses Unity in Firefox I get a "fatal content error". If I open the site in IE I get an error about "failed to initialize 3D settings". I have re-installed Firefox and Unity and enabled plugins on both browsers to no avail. I've tested on another system and everything works fine and all the browser settings appear to be identical.
