Unity UI Text - Always show 5 last lines
Hello. I have UI Text component and when I have 5 lines everything is ok. When last line is too long then unity is trying to make new line and put there text which doesn't fit and i'm losing part of the text. But I have to display only 5 lines. Is there a way to display only last 5 lines?
When placing text into the UI Text component I would ensure there was only 5 lines in code. If there was more than 5 lines, I would grab the last 5 lines and only place that into the UI Text component. Simply don't try shoving more than 5 lines into it in the first place.
