Did something change with Image Parent with a Text Child? Possible Unity bug?
This could be a potential bug in Unity 5.3.4 but I am not 100% sure so I am asking here for assurance.
These screenshots are taken in 5.3.4 as this is the version that is giving the problems. The UI that appears on the right I manually placed while playing the game and the UI on the left is what spawns when walking next to the sign. Some things to know first is that both UIs are exactly the same but the only difference is the text that is displayed is different (which you will see in the screen shots) and the Font on the right UI will be getting changed while you are looking at the different type of images : 3 Images to show
What do you mean by 'they are exactly the same'? At least they have different positions and as there are multiple ways on how to place ui elements (anchors, offset, stretching, ...), this could possibly cause the problem. Can post screenshots on how you setup the texts in the inspector? Perhaps
This has only become an issue since I started using 5.3.4. All it is, is a simple dialogue box and the text is behind the dialogue box.
