Playing a multistage door animation with triggers.
I'm extremely new when it comes to Unity (aside from using pre-made character controllers and box colliders. I have a scifi door that has several animations that I made in 3DS Max, and don't know how I would set that up in Unity.
The animations I have are Closed, Opening, Open, and Closing. Each set to different frames. I want to have it set up with that plays the Opening, then opening when the player is in the trigger collider, then plays the closing and closed animations as soon as the player steps out of the trigger area.
I don't know how I would write the script for it, so if anyone can help out, that would be great.
