What is the HELP ROOM?
Is this some kind of... "abbandoned questions place"? Because some of my questions were moved to there and literally none of them were answered. Actually, most of the questions that i've seen on the help room don't have any answer...

As explained in the user guide, the Help Room is for new users who are asking more general beginners questions about game development, compared to the main Unity Answers site which is intended for specific technical questions.
But why? Why is this necessary? Actually, lots of advanced questions go to the help room. And as i said, none of them are answered. What happens if i change one of my questions to the moderation?
Because the site was getting cluttered up with lots of very repetitive questions from new users. Those questions were often getting held in moderation queue for a long time which frustrated the asker, and also frustrated the answerers in cases ehich could have been answered by a trivial web search or consulting the docs. The quality of content on UA degraded as a result and some experienced users were put off and left creating somewhat of a downward spiral.
So the Help Room was set up - it has no moderation queue - questions are published instantly. However, it typically doesn't attract the same level of detail of answer.
Okay... So basically it is like an Antivirus' Quarantine? Questions are moved there to be answered (and they are not) BUT they aren't deleted too.
This actually doesn't help in anything -.- In my opinion more users should have been promoted to $$anonymous$$oderators, and Unity should remove those who aren't doing anything. Have you seen the mods' accounts? Lots of them have their last activity registered months or even years ago, and most "pro" answers in the Forums are from Devs from other companies that are there just because they want.
