Why can't I move around in the game screen?
I'm new to Unity and I'm following along in some tutorials. I created my first terrain but when I enter the game screen I'm not able to "walk around" like I'm seeing other people do in these tutorials. What am I missing?
You'll need to provide much more information than that for help to come. Start by posting your player controller code and whether you have any feedback from the console window.
Thanks guys. For some reason I thought if there were no controller in place, that a first person was implied. Way off. Easily able to drop in the FP controller and I'm off :) Really appreciate the noob help. I'm a 3D modeler but this is my first crack at video game stuff. Challenging but fun.

From your description, it looks like you just made a terrain and nothing more. For a quick test, just drop a First Person Controller on your terrain:
Import the Character Controller package (Assets menu)
Drag the Assets/Standard Assets/Character Controllers/First Person Controller.prefab on your scene.
Ready to go!
You will need to setup a character and controller for that character.
Here is a little helper tutorial I did for someone, It should also help you:
