Unity Crashing issue

Hi everyone. I have the Pro version of Unity 4.5.1f3. I'm having bug issues with it. Sometimes when I compile a script (I'm using Visual Studio, btw), the program crashes. It also crashes sometimes when I press the play button. It started happening last Sunday, and its been happening ever since. Has anyone had this issue before? Any help would be much appreciated.
