Substance question
Substance come's with Unity3d 3.5.1 f2....?...Can i simply drag the Substance into my asstes and use it on the fly...?...Or i need to buy plugin...?...Hmm???..;(

As I understand it, Substance support is built in, but individual assets and tools for building those assets are not.
Similar to other content generation: Unity can import and tweak, but doesn't come with the tools.

Like rutter said Substance is a product by Allegorithmic. Unity is able to use Substance textures, but you have to create them with the Substance Designer which is not part of Unity.
It's like FBX or PSD files. Unity can read them, but can't create them. You need other tools like Blender, 3ds Max or Photoshop.
