CCU is Concurrently Connected Users and refers to the Master Server/Matchmaker system.
So, I dont think your question makes sense.
If you have multiple projects registered you could unregister them from the site.
I could have the wrong link here and if so I apologise; but I think you log in here
https://developer.cloud.unity3d.com/landing/ to manage your multiplayer services.
I did mean ccu, when ever you make a unity project and enable multiplayer it reserves ccu for that project and if thats not how it works $$anonymous$$e is broken because it says that i have used 28 out of 20 and i know for sure that no one is playing any multiplayer game of $$anonymous$$e
