Problem with black Splash on iOS

I know that this has been brought up and for many people solved but I am still having this issue!

When building to iOS and running on my devices I in the start get a black screen for about 3-5 seconds before my own splash screen is showed? I am using a CustomXIB and my settings are as follows:

Unity 2017.1.0p4 Xcode 8.3.3

I have added some screenshots from inside Unity...
