UFPS Pause system

Hey

I have been having a hard time with a Pause for the UFPS, is there a basic script that has it so when I press Escape it stops the mouse lock on the UFP etc etc an shows a basic GUI menu with one that goes to menu scene an another just resumes the game... I tried a few pause kits but none work as the UFPS still blocks mouse from moving or even showing.
