Manual Activation of a License on a Secure Network
Hello Comm-Unity,
I am a budding game dev, and also a student. My school, because it's a school, has a secure network, and won't allow any programs to access unity3d.com, or any subsets. I, thinking I was being clever, downloaded Unity at home onto a USB to install on the computer there. When I got there, I discovered that I could use manual activation, and so I created a license file, which I took to my personal laptop, and got signed. I then brought it back, went onto Unity, and chose my license file from the manual activation screen. However, this is the part where there's supposed to be a "Thank you" screen where I can start using Unity. However, all that happens is that I get a green banner that says "Your license file was uploaded successfully" or something like that, across the top. If I restart Unity. I then get a screen that says "Machine Identification is not valid for this license." What the heck does this mean, and how can I fix it? Thanks!

P.S. Screenshots to follow ASAP, but it may be a while.
