Handheld.PlayFullScreenMovie double tap

Hello, I build an application (iOS, Android) with augmented reality, and I need to show a fullscreen video where you see buttons and with double tap (important!), close the video, My questions are: 1.- Can this be done in Unity with Handheld.PlayFullScreenMovie ?? 2- If you can not, is there any alternative with fullscreen videos to do this?
