Help I can't change my projects build, missing module

Everything was going fine until I went to change my build to Windows/Apple etc, but the option claimed there was no module and the change build button was greyed out and all I could choose was for it to be a web game, which I don't want :). I've tried using the download assistant to install the missing modules, but sadly after multiple attempts it hasn't worked.
