Smooth billboard rotation and srite jitter?

Hey! Recently I've been trying to work on a Doom/Wolf 3D graphically inspired game. I am not working on the billboard sprites and I just cant seem to get it to work right. I mean, I have it technically working perfectly, with the sprite always facing the camera on the Y axis, but the problem is with how it looks. As it rotates it is very jittery. I tried target frame rate, setting it to 60 fps, which seem to fizx the problem of what I think are called 'artifacts' or 'ghosting', but now it just looks like the sprite is rotating at about 20 fps.

Also, I think it is worth mentioning in my unity, flat objects in general such as sprites or planes look jittery if you walk around them, even if they are not billboards, so it seems to be a problem with how unity is loading the sprite itself. Any help would be appreciated, its just this is really making me stressed as I fear there is no fix to this. Thanks

Nevermind, I found out the issue, and ill state it here so anyone in the future can come by. Basically, what was cause the stuttering was the unity fps controller itself. It turns out the issue was that it is flawed, due to half of it being in fixed update, and half in Update. I fixed it by merging the two together into one fixed update, and now everything runs smooth as butter with no real noticable stutter. Here is the modified script below if anyone wants it that I modified myself. Just copy and paste this over the stand Fps Controller script in Unity Standard Assets folder and your good to go!
