Question by E-H269 · Mar 05, 2016 at 08:15 PM · androiduiinterfacetapunityui

How to make multiple UI buttons clickable (or in this case tapable) at once.

I'm making a local co-op mobile pong game. The way I have it set up is I have 4 buttons, 2 per paddle, for up-down movement. From testing it appears as if you can only "click" on one button at a time.

Is there any simple solution for this or should I just code around it?

Thanks, Eelis.

How are you making the buttons? Canvas and Events? Or some package? The old GUI system? Is it touch-and-release to click, or just touch?

I also read a few posts saying that if you were testing on the Unity Remote app then there are issues with detecting multiple UI elements being touched at once. This however was not the case when they exported it to the actual platform. $$anonymous$$aybe try that to see if it still does it.
