Realtime spot and point light shadows are asking for Unity Pro.
So I've been working on my project for awhile, imported a lot of assets from the store, and only just today did I need a Point light for something in my scene. That's when I noticed that I could not use Realtime Shadows without a warning popping up in the inspector telling me I needed Unity Pro for this feature. Opened other projects and they let me use them fine, I made a new project and it lets me use them as well.
It's something in this project. I tried removing all imported assets from the store, no fix. I deleted the Project Settings folder and no fix. I deleted the Library folder, no fix. Anyone had this and know of a fix? The project was made about a week ago on Unity Personal Edition 5.3.2. I just updated to 5.3.3 and its still broken.

Have you tried reinstalling Unity and reimporting project files afterwards?
Yes, the update was a fresh uninstall and reinstall with the update.

i had the same issue. It was caused by an Asset called "Advanced Inspectors". I posted the solution here:
