GUI.Button - remove ugly default styling
Hey, I have a GUI.Button with a Texture image and behind it is a super ugly default GUI.Button grey default style box. I want this removed, but I'm having troubles.
Let me show you..Time to put on your C# hats
public GUISkin mySkin;
public Texture buttonTexture;
if( GUI.Button(new Rect(50,200,100,100), buttonTexture))
{
scrMedia.Play();
}
I've scoured the internet for this answer, looked at Unity's incredible undescriptive page about GUI.Buttons and I still am lost.

Why arent you using the new UI system? Its much easier, better and you can customize it with your own sprites just by drag and dropping. :))
I'm using an older project from someone else :)
You're referring to creating UI buttons on a canvas. These are super simple to style. This is a totally better way. Thanks :) :D
