2d Incrementak game, shop menu

Hello everyone, I'm making a 2d incremental game and I want to do a shop in which we can buy some stuff which will changes somes values of the games. An don't know what's the name of this kind of menu but I've illustrated it:

I have a shop button : alt text

And when we click on it that happen :

Ok so I don't know how to do it so please can someone send me a tutorial or explain me how to do it . Thank you for reading, hope you can help me :)
