Make a stand alone exe file with no graphic

Hi . i am using unity 5.2 and i want to make a stand alone exe file that just runs on a machine and execute an algorithm so i don't need graphics and i want to maximize it's performance . my codes can run perfect on lower update rate so how can i limit update rate? and how can i have no rendering process? simply what is a best way for more performance in this application?

Sounds like a simple C# application (possibly DirectX) would suit your needs more than all the overhead that Unity brings with it.

To run a Unity exe headless without graphics, call it via the command line:-

MyUnityProg.exe -batchmode -nographics
