Using discrete-event simulation to simulate hospital processes like patient flow wait time staff required to handle the patient Waiting times Value adding time (time the patient is actually with the doctor / nurse) Total length-of-stay Based on the patient values in unity I have to increase or decrease the total building size of the hospital and also increase or decrease the rooms where patient is admitted and staff room where the patient initial screening process is done and reduce the wait time for patient and also increase the bed and other hospital object according to the room could any body basic plan or idea to do this.
Well, sure, you're describing "Diner Dash," except in a hospital, and not a game. But it works the same way, probably with less detailed graphics.
