cut out face from sprite using camera

so what i am trying to do is take a picture of someone face and then be able to cut out that persons face and save it as a sprite to be used in game. if you have ever seen the Fathead Bighead cutouts then that is what i am trying to accomplish. but of the person that the picture is of. any help woule be appreciated thank you -Hartk1213
