Scripts taking a very long time to open
I've been working on a project for about 2 weeks and today when I opened unity and opened the script I was working on, it took about 5 minutes to open when it normally opens in a few seconds. I tried opening other scripts in the same project and they all took from 5 to 10 minutes to open. They're not very long scripts either, some only have like 20 lines and only a two have over 100 lines. I'm using Visual Studio as the editor and a MacBook Pro 2020. Any clue why this might be happening? is it a unity problem, a visual studios problem or a MacBook problem?
I tried reseting my Mac but the problem still persists

Hello @FunkiestFak.
I think it should be a MacBook problem. How full is your memory, if it is full, it may be that. It also may be that your CPU is full so try closing some unneeded open applications. It also can be a virus on your computer, but I think that is unlikely.
Last night I tried resestting my $$anonymous$$ac and the problem was still there. I turned off the $$anonymous$$ac for about 1 hour and turned it on again and the problem was still there. I also made sure that there was no other apps running in the background that were sucking up memory or cpu load, but the problem was still there. This morning I opened up the project and the problem was gone, everything was back to normal so who knows what the problem was. Thanks for the help though!!
