Script Component is disabled
I am trying my first project. I am using the Roll A Ball Tutorial. I added the first script to the Player Object. It added fine [no errors], then immediately became disabled in the inspector property. I am assuming this is a problem with the default settings. Can you help me enable the script?
Remove the component and then add it back? This should really be a comment but i dont have enough rep to post one.
I have done that. Within a moment the script disables. I was wondering if there was a default setting during the install?
It is working now. But not by reload or a default setting. I somehow missed adding the Rigidbody component step. I spotted it by trying the reload the script. It gave me an error that the rb (rigidbody) was not declared. And, since it was a private variable that was loading solely from the properties, I was able to deter$$anonymous$$e what was missing. Thank you for your assistance.
