Fade in objects are flickering after baking occlusion

Hello everyone!! I have a problem after baking occlusion. All the objects where I applied an animation with a change of transparency so that a fade in effect is appearing, are constantly flickering and also the colours of the materials have changed! Any idea why this is happening?
