Contact store in unityiap

I have played lots of android games and found out that when I click on an iap ,the device brings up a panel with "contacting store" in it , after that the in app purchase works immediately and flawlessly. I have gotten my unity iap to work ,but still takes time to load in my game. Please can anyone tell me how to contact store using unity in app purchase?
