Normal Turn around for publish Questions

how long does it usally take for questions to get published.

My questions, adamantly I have asked 3, take upwards of 3 days to get published. I understand I have 0 rep, does that effect things?

I am a professional unity developer with little to no knowledge of unity. I have worked in the game's industry for multiple years, however this is the first project I have worked on in unity. The questions I ask are, I feel, pretty advance, and googling for solutions yield little to incorrect results (i.e. not scalable). Do the mods need to understand my question before it gets published? Is there a massive backlog of questions? What takes so long?
